My first poetry collection through Seahorse Publications continues to sell and I am currently writing both poetry and short stories with the odd bit of flash fiction. New work will be published soon.
Alongside this is the writing group the Shed Writers. As chair and editor we are in the process of producing our third anthology.

Courses
The idea behind this course is to support young adults to understand the art of english and how it works when thinking of that necessary English Pass. Create the foundation now through innovative learning.
Session sizes are deliberately small to provide optimum guidance and costs are kept low.

Presently I have a course running in Glasgow on a Saturday afternoon for young adults(which is fully booked). We are having so much fun:
- Using our senses to describe things
- Connecting these to figures of speech
- Assessing what makes a powerful start to a story

Running in 6 week blocks this is an opportunity to learn writing techniques in a fun, informative, collaborative way.
Get a taste and time to try a variety of different writing whilst appreciating the art of published writers.

Writing for Therapy
Combining years of experience in coaching, utilising NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) this course allows participants to learn new ways to cope with modern day life whilst being in the writing moment. Don't worry about spelling or grammar it is the act of writing that counts and how it can slow or change thoughts in a good way. Contact me for more info and a free introductory session

As for me, my mission is to help others find that creative spirit within themselves. Quite simply if you can solve a problem, you can write. I have written intermittently from an early age, when time allowed, with a demanding career, utilising my creative mind more in the design of creative workshops. ​In 2020 I completed my Hons Degree in Creative Writing (and asked myself what am I waiting for?) and started the next chapter in my life (excuse the pun!). I absolutely love it!
