Anne Margaret joins us on a freelance capacity bringing her experience in training, coaching, assessment and management experience to the 3I Youth Development Programme. 

Prior to joining us Anne Margaret has held a range of senior leadership roles within the finance sector before establishing herself as a executive and career coach. Working with both senior directors and young adults looking for that first step onto the career ladder, Anne Margaret has an outstanding ability to motivate and inspire individuals. She takes time to understand and observe, to help individuals realise their potential and let go of limiting beliefs. She offers a depth of knowledge and business experience across many sectors including sales, project management, processing, retail banking, human resources and training.
