Cameron joins us on a freelance capacity bringing his experience from career coaching and assessment to the 3I Youth Development Programme.

 

Cameron's experience covers working within large internationals to small, locally focused companies. His career has focused on recruitment, coaching and business enterprise.  Much of his career has been spent working with young adults, helping them make that successful transition into the workplace as well as sustaining that focus. This comes across in his enthusiasm and drive to deliver the best outcomes for his clients as well as listen to client needs and help them to meet their desired outcomes.
