As founder and owner of the business, Donna has realised the dream of setting up a business to focus on young as well as more mature adults, supporting them both in the workplace and to make the right impression to succeed in gaining employment.
Donna has many years experience working within human resources, training and coaching working with a range of well recognised companies, before taking the plunge to set up an HR Consultancy with other like minded individuals. She has worked with a range of businesses providing additional support and knowledge to grow both organisations and the people within. Taking the time to understand, listen, challenge and provide constructive feedback have been key to this success. As an NLP Practitioner she has found NLP techniques particularly effective in helping individuals remove barriers and become more confident.
She has developed a range of programmes focusing on personal resilience, employability, team development, management development through to more creative programmes to tap into individual talents.
