As founder and owner of the business Donna has realised the dream of setting up a business to focus on young as well as more mature adults, supporting them both in the workplace and to make the right impression to succeed in gaining employment. Donna has many years experience working within human resources, training and coaching working with a range of well recognised companies, before taking the plunge to set up an HR Consultancy with other like minded individuals. She has worked with a range of businesses providing additional support and knowledge to grow both organisations and the people within. Taking the time to understand, listen, challenge and provide constructive feedback have been key to this success. As an NLP Practitioner she has found NLP techniques particularly effective in helping individuals remove barriers and become more confident.She has developed a range of programmes focusing on personal resilience, employability, team development, management development through to more creative programmes to tap into individual talents.

Wendy brings a wealth of knowledge to the role of Personal Assistant, working within a variety of roles both in the voluntary and private sector. Predominately she has worked in administrative supporting roles within employability projects, assisting individuals to gain and sustain employment,  previous roles include employability funding facilitator, training co-ordinator and monitoring officer. Wendy is a great team member, enjoying the variety of the role and has been able to use her drawing skills to support the development of new training material. Her newest challenge is cake decorating - now where can we adopt that in the business? Watch this space!

Graduating in 2018 with a first-class honours degree in Media and Communication, Bethan joins the team as our Digital Marketing Officer. Gaining experience and transferable skills working within retail during her studies, Bethan realised her passion for the industry after working as the social media co-ordinator for a distinguished hotel chain in Glasgow. Enjoying putting her skills and knowledge into practice in her first full-time job since graduating, Bethan works on our digital marketing efforts whilst supporting a variety of additional business operations. Our very own Dora the Explorer, Bethan loves visiting new places and going on exciting adventures!

Anne Margaret joins us on a freelance capacity bringing her experience in training, coaching, assessment and management experience to the 3I Youth Development Programme. Prior to joining us Anne Margaret has held a range of senior leadership roles within the finance sector before establishing herself as a executive and career coach. Working with both senior directors and young adults looking for that first step onto the career ladder, Anne Margaret has an outstanding ability to motivate and inspire individuals. She takes time to understand and observe, to help individuals realise their potential and let go of limiting beliefs. She offers a depth of knowledge and business experience across many sectors including sales, project management, processing, retail banking, human resources and training. 

Helen joins us on a freelance capacity working within the 3I Youth Development Programme. After beginning her career in the finance industry, where she developed a strong understanding of business, Helen then took a new direction in 1994 into training and development. She specialises in enterprise and employability education and has worked closely with young adults from the ages of 14+ to effectively help them make a positive transition from education to the workplace. She is passionate and inspiring, providing expertise and innovation to deliver the right tools and techniques to instil confidence and capability and now brings this considerable experience to the team.

Cameron joins us on a freelance capacity bringing his experience from career coaching and assessment to the 3I Youth Development Programme. Cameron's experience covers working within large internationals to small, locally focused companies. His career has focused on recruitment, coaching and business enterprise.  Much of his career has been spent working with young adults, helping them make that successful transition into the workplace as well as sustaining that focus. This comes across in his enthusiasm and drive to deliver the best outcomes for his clients as well as listen to client needs and help them to meet their desired outcomes.

A dynamic, proven and motivated certified Coach, NLP Practitioner Facilitator/ Trainer, Fiona joins us on a freelance capacity. She uses her strong influencing skills, enthusiasm, high motivation and business experience to instill the winning difference to her Clients. Fiona forged a career in financial services and rapidly rose through the ranks before moving into Organisational Development, People Management, Learning & Development and Executive Coaching becoming the highly qualified Coach and Management Development Consultant. Fiona has extensive experience of leading people, particularly through change and implementing change agendas in a variety of teams using her skills in OD, listening to what the Client views as the most important issues to tackle and working in partnership with Clients to ensure that they realise their objectives and unleash their potential. Working with Regional Directors and their senior management teams to develop skills, equip and prepare them for organisational change. This included recruitment and selection of staff following strategic change to operating model.

Sara is an experienced freelance Project Manager and Coordinator with extensive experience offering administration, marketing, coordination and evaluation support to a wide range of projects. Having worked predominantly in the arts and creative sector she enjoys wearing many hats, including admin musketeer, word herder and communications trailblazer. In a previous life Sara tended bars and waited on tables around the UK, planted tomatoes and pruned grapevines in Australia, and taught in summer camps in Spain.
