We were delighted this month to be invited to talk in depth about Clearview Minds on Radio Pulse 98.4's Business Time. Director Donna Bryson had the chance to talk in detail with hosts Andy Goldberg and Lesley Malcolm about the aims and goals of the company and the valuable services offered to young people looking to transition into the workforce.
Donna chatted with Andy and Lesley about the career coaching and assessment services Clearview Minds is rolling out across Renfrewshire, Inverclyde, Glasgow and The West of Scotland this year, and was given the chance to explain what makes Clearview Minds unique in their practice working with young adults, including the use of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques, used to assist with building confidence and overcoming limiting self beliefs.
Clearview Minds will utilise techniques such as NLP to enable positive interactions with interview situations, to help young people get into work, and to encourage development within that crucial first year in the workforce. Additionally, Clearview Minds has a talented and experienced team of Youth Coaches and Mentors who bring to the table years of varied industry experience that aims to inspire and encourage young people with tailored coaching and assessment support. Our team also bring current recruitment practices and assessment to provide a diverse and relevant service designed specifically for young people to engage and inspire them to move forward with their chosen careers.
